The Chief Country Coordinator's key role includes representing the organization at regional and international levels; leading technical oversight, supporting in coordination with country coordinators, global goodwill ambassadors, and global technical advisory team; developing and maintaining appropriate relationships with relevant constituent, partners, networks, corporate institutions, sub-regional (ECCAS, ECOWAS, SADC, MENA, ) and regional blocs (OAS, AU, EU) and UN its agencies, bilateral and multilateral institutions, foundations, government and (I)NGOs. Provide overall strategic leadership and guidance to the organisation.
The Country Coordinator's role includes among others, providing strategic leadership in coordinating, implementing, managing country programmes with support from the technical advisory team and management team; and developing and maintaining appropriate relationships with relevant constituents (INGOs, Donors, and Partners).
